1. 5 laps
2. 10 flip turns
3. 10 backwards somersaults
4. 10 hand stands
5. 5 canon balls
6. 10 safety rail pull ups
7. 10 laps around stairs
8. 5 back flop plunges
9. 10x swim under lane line
10. 10 cross-leg sits on bottom of pool
