Backyard Recess

In one of the corners of our backyard, the kids said they found a really good lookout spot.
They said sitting in this tree is the perfect spot to watch the neighbor's dog...and our other neighbor's house.
Can we get arrested for this?

Good thing their backyard recess didn't last much longer yesterday.
